My name is Justin Ruden, and this is my 3rd year at Remsen St. Mary's. Graduated from here in 2007. I am also Co-Head Boy Basketball Coach. I have a passion for teaching sports, sportsmanship, proper motor development, weightlifting and exercise. I look forward to this fun, educational, and instrumental class with you all.
