Christian Leadership Team’s purpose is to help students learn about the skills necessary for positive, healthy leadership according to Christian values, as well as to provide opportunity for the students to discover those skills within themselves and to practice those skills in a position of responsibility.

The goal is to promote faith formation and the spirituality of St. Mary’s School community, to encourage consistent student involvement, and the organization of ministry activities, such as liturgies, community service, prayer, reconciliation services, etc.

I am Kris Schiltz. I am married to Rod Schiltz from Remsen. We have two sons who have also attended RSM. This is my 14th. year here. I am the Administrative assistant for the middle and high school. I am the Christian Leadership director and plan the events that happen throughout the school year. I love my job and working with the students.
